How to use this tool
Paste two valid JSON documents. Object property order is ignored, array indices remain significant, and missing keys differ from null. Results use JSON Pointer paths and show up to 200 changes. Nesting is limited to 128 levels. JavaScript numeric precision applies, and duplicate object keys use the parser’s final value.
Try these values
{"a":1,"b":2} and {"b":2,"a":1} are equivalent here. [1,2] and [2,1] are different.
Common questions
Does my input leave this page?
The tool processes its input in your browser. It does not send the text to our server for calculation. If advertising is enabled, third-party ad scripts also run on the page; use a trusted offline tool for secrets.
Can I use the result in my project?
Yes. Check the example and limitations first, and test the output with the system that will consume it.
