What the current ZenUtility website processes, and how to contact us about privacy.
Scope and contact
This policy explains how ZenUtility handles information when you use its tools. The site owner can be contacted at info@zenutility.com. The policy was updated on October 19, 2026.
Calculators and tool inputs
Date and number calculators submit form inputs to the ZenUtility server to calculate a result. The application does not save these inputs to a user profile or calculation-history database. Browser-only tools process their inputs on your device. These include text editing and comparison, JSON formatting, URL/Base64/HTML conversions, colour conversion, developer text/data conversions, hashing, identifier/password generation, reading-time estimates, the word counter, timers, calendar converters and sun/moon calculations. Their input is not uploaded for processing during normal use. Their Run button stays disabled until the browser tool is ready.
Server logs
The hosting provider may process access and error logs containing IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps and browser information for operation and security. URL parameters may appear in these logs. The site owner must configure hosting retention and access controls; this application does not set the provider’s retention period.
Prayer time requests
City searches use our local GeoNames directory. To prepare a prayer timetable, our server sends the selected city’s public coordinates, month or Hijri month, year, calculation method and Asr setting to AlAdhan. It does not send your name, typed search text or client IP address in these request parameters. Monthly responses are saved in a shared database cache for up to 30 days. General prayer pages can suggest a city from your browser’s time zone. If location permission is already granted, or you choose Use my location and grant permission, browser coordinates are sent to our server to find a nearby saved city. We do not save those browser coordinates in an application location-history database. A directly selected country or city is not replaced automatically. A previously saved timetable may be shown with a notice if a refresh fails. AlAdhan’s service policies apply to its processing.
Google Analytics
ZenUtility uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, popular pages and how the site is used. Google may process visit timestamps, page addresses, referrers, device and browser information and analytics identifiers, and may store analytics cookies. Our integration removes query strings and fragments from the page address and referrer sent during initial page measurement. It does not intentionally send calculator inputs, pasted text, generated passwords or JWTs to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalization signals are disabled in this integration. Browser privacy settings, blockers and consent settings can affect measurement. Google explains its processing at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
ZenUtility does not create accounts or set its own application tracking cookies. Advertising is optional and controlled by the site owner. The site includes reserved advertising spaces. With ad delivery disabled these spaces load no advertising scripts. If the owner enables Google AdSense, Google and its partners may process device/browser information, IP addresses, cookies and advertising identifiers for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Where required, a Google-certified consent message provides choices before relevant ad processing. You can manage choices through that message and contact the site owner about privacy. Email and your choices
If you email us, your address, message and attachments are processed by our email provider and used to handle the inquiry. You can contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied, subject to applicable obligations. Avoid putting sensitive information into tool inputs or email.

Links to documentation and reference services open external websites with their own policies. Changes in site functionality or data handling will be reflected here. The date above identifies the current policy version.
