How to Use the Calendar & Planner
Our tool combines a standard Gregorian calendar with a personal organizer and holiday tracker.
- Browse: Use the arrow buttons to switch months, or the year dropdown to jump decades.
- Check Holidays: The sidebar automatically detects your country and lists upcoming public holidays. Red dots on the calendar indicate holiday dates.
- Add Events: Click on any day box to open the Event Modal. Add a title and type (e.g., Birthday). These are saved to your browser so you won't lose them when you refresh.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is my event data private?
Yes. Your personal events are stored in your browser's Local Storage. We do not send this data to our servers.
Why are the holidays for the wrong country?
We attempt to detect your location automatically. If it is incorrect, you can click the "View All Holidays" link to manually select your country.
What is the Gregorian calendar?
It is the most widely used civil calendar today, introduced in 1582 to correct the drift of the Julian calendar against the solar year.
