PRACTICAL GUIDE

Print a Monthly Calendar with the Right Holiday Marks

Choose a month, week layout and holiday scope before saving a clean calendar as PDF.

Choose the layout you use

Select the month and year, then choose Monday or Sunday as the first day of the week. The dates stay the same; only their position in the grid changes. A familiar week layout makes a printed calendar easier to read alongside a work or school planner.

Holiday marks are optional

Choose a country if you want saved holiday dates marked. The public/national/bank filter is narrower than the option that includes all downloaded observances. A dot on a date is a reference marker, not a statement that every business or school is closed.

Check coverage before printing

The calendar grid works even when holiday data for the selected year has not been saved. The page identifies unavailable holiday coverage instead of copying dates from another year. If a country/year refresh succeeds, its saved dates can then be used by both the holiday list and printable calendar.

Save the final copy

Use Print / Save PDF and review your browser’s preview, paper size and scale. The print view removes navigation and controls and includes a faint ZenUtility watermark. Check the month title and holiday notes before distributing copies. Keep local closure announcements separate when dates remain provisional.
