How to use this tool
Choose encode or decode. Encoding converts the exact text to UTF-8 bytes and displays two lowercase hex digits per byte. Decoding accepts complete hex pairs with optional whitespace and rejects invalid UTF-8. It is a text conversion, not an arbitrary binary-file decoder.
