Using this timetable in Portland
Prayer times belong to a place and a date. Choose the city where you will actually be, then check the calculation method and Asr school. A timetable from another city can be several minutes different even when both cities share the same clock time.
All times here are prayer start times, not the congregation times advertised by a mosque. Sunrise is included as a reference and marks the end of the usual Fajr window. Check your mosque’s arrangements for jamaat, Jumu’ah and Ramadan.

Why two timetables may disagree
Fajr and Isha depend on the angle or interval used by the calculation method. Asr also changes with the selected school. The defaults are a starting point based on the country; they are not a claim that every mosque in that country uses those settings. Choose the method your community follows.
For northern or southern cities during long summer days, twilight may not reach the required angle. High-latitude adjustments can then have a large effect. Speak to your local mosque if a time looks unusual rather than treating a web calculation as a religious ruling.
