How to use this tool

Enter the meeting date and start time in the organizer’s time zone and select two participant zones. Each row shows the same instant in local time. The working-hours indicator uses 09:00 to before 17:00, Monday through Friday; it does not know personal schedules or public holidays. Check the entire meeting duration separately before sending an invitation.

A WORKED EXAMPLE

Try these values

A meeting at 09:00 New York on January 15, 2026 is at 14:00 London and 19:00 Karachi. That fits the default working hours in New York and London, but falls outside them in Karachi.

Check the whole meeting, not just the start

The working-hours label checks the start time against a simple weekday window. A call starting at 16:30 may still run into someone’s evening. Look at the meeting’s length, lunch breaks and each participant’s actual schedule before choosing a slot. The planner cannot see people’s calendars, leave days or local public holidays, so a green-looking time is only a starting point for the conversation.

For a recurring call

Try a date in a different season before sending a year-long invitation. A meeting that works well in January can become awkward after one country changes its clocks. If the group spans widely separated time zones, there may be no comfortable slot for everyone. Rotating the inconvenient time is often fairer than asking the same person to join early or stay late every week.

Common questions

Is this a meeting booking service?

No. It compares times; it does not send invitations or access your calendar.

Does it account for daylight saving?

Yes, conversions use the selected date and the bundled IANA time zone data. Choose an occurrence if the organizer’s local time repeats during a clock change.

What do working hours mean?

The indicator is a planning aid using a fixed Monday–Friday 09:00–17:00 window. It is not a claim about anyone’s actual availability.
